About Sara Event Studio

Sara Event Studio is a fully remote photo and video editing studio built for family events — birthdays, weddings, reunions, and the gatherings in between. We believe the best moments are captured by the people who live them, so instead of sending a camera crew, we let your guests do the filming on their phones.

Here is how it works: you request an event and Sara approves your capture session times. Your guests open the app, enter your event code, and share their photos and videos through fun moment challenges. We collect everything together, edit your highlight video, retouch your photos, and deliver a finished collection — usually within 3 to 5 days.

Every collection is finished with a personal touch: a real, named editor confirms your timeline before work begins and includes a personal thank-you letter with your delivery. And when your celebration needs music, our Event Soundtrack add-ons have you covered — from a $69 custom playlist built around your story to Live on Call ($149), where Naweed joins your event live on video call to run the music in the moment.
