You request an event and Sara approves your capture session times. Your guests open the app, enter your event code, and share their photos and videos online. We collect everything together, edit your video, retouch your photos, and deliver the finished collection — no camera crew, no studio visit.
Guests open the app, enter your event code, and upload during your approved session. Unlimited moment challenges for guests (included with Birthday Highlight and Signature Event) keep everyone capturing the big moments and the ones in between.
Editing typically takes 3–5 days. The Signature Event package includes priority 3-day delivery. Sara confirms your exact timeline before work begins, so you always know when to expect your keepsakes.
Every package includes a highlight video, retouched photos, a social media teaser, digital gallery delivery, and a personal thank-you letter. Family Starter ($199) includes a 5-minute highlight video and 5 retouched photos; Birthday Highlight ($249) includes a 5-minute video and 10 photos; Signature Event ($399) includes an up-to-10-minute cinematic film, 20 retouched photos, cinematic color grading, and a custom music soundtrack.
Two music add-ons pair with any package. The $69 Personal Event Soundtrack is a custom playlist built around your story — you send your must-play songs and the vibe, and it's delivered 3 days before your event. The $149 Live on Call add-on means Naweed joins your event live on a video call to run the music in the moment and take requests.

No — Sara Event Studio is fully remote and serves families worldwide, entirely online. Your guests capture the event on their phones, and all editing, retouching, and delivery happen digitally.
